Curriculum vitae
Univ.-Ass. Mag. Johannes Lukan studied law at the University of Vienna from 2014 until 2019. During his studies, he first worked as a research assistant at the Department of Roman Law and Ancient Legal History of the University of Vienna for two years. In spring 2018, Johannes Lukan spent an Erasmus semester at the KU Leuven. Subsequently, he was employed as a research assistant at the Department of Corporate and Commercial Law of the University of Vienna for another two years. During the last nine months of this employment, he also worked at a notary's office. In the summer semester 2019, his team achieved the second place at the European Law Moot Court (ELMC). Johannes Lukan is now working as a University Assistant (prae doc) at the Department of European, International and Comparative Law since September 2020.
