The Belgian legal system is on the verge of undergoing some fundamental changes. The University of Vienna and the IACPIL are therefore organising a joint conference on the amendments to the Belgian Property Law, the draft of a new legislative project on special contracts and the modernisation of the Law of Obligations and Securities, reflecting Belgium's efforts to adapt its legal framework to contemporary challenges.
