The team of the University of Vienna reached second place in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot in Moscow. The competition took place on the 16th of February in the office of Debevoise & Plimpton right next to the Red Square and with a direct view on the Kremlin. After two preliminary rounds against tough opponents and another successful round in the semi-finals, Viennese team made a strong showing in the final round against the Russian MGIMO University. Special thanks to the Russian Arbitration Centre and Debevoise & Plimpton for the organisation of the Pre-Moot and to our sponsor, Knoetzl. We are proud of the second place and the first fruits of months of hard work. We are looking forward to the main Moot Court Competition in Frankfurt in March and wish the team all the best.
