Curriculum Vitae
Michael Komuczky studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Southampton from 2006 to 2011. During his studies, he also worked as a legal researcher at various prestigious law firms in Vienna (focus on litigation and contract law). After graduation, he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as a member of the team of the University of Vienna. He also completed his clerkship at the Austrian courts and worked as a trainee attorney in an international law firm in Vienna (Litigation, Arbitration and Regulatory Group). Since February 2014, he works as a researcher at the department of Comparative Law, Private International Law and Unified Law for o.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bea Verschraegen LL.M., M.E.M.. Further, in the years 2016 and 2017 he was a visiting lecturer for the summer program of China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing, China).
